To answer one of your ?'s. Turn around time for edge to gryphons is approx 2-3 weeks(you lucky dogs). That is from when they get it. So realistically maybe 4. You converted guys are lucky! Us new guys are at 10-12 weeks now.
When you get it back your customs are already installed on it. The software ? Someone like Bill/Jack will know more about that. Lars
