I'm pretty sure they send you an email. I notice you don't have your unit's Serial Number or HEX code in your User CP. I'd add that if I were you.
But, it DOES sound like you need to get hold of them to discover the status of your tunes. You COULD always return your truck to stock, activate Pegasus, plug your unit into the PC then click on Updates->Targeted Functions to see if there are tune files waiting for you. It can't hurt to do this. Pegasus will either find the files or it won't. If it doesn't find the files, it will be obvious.
