Default server maintenance?
Just tried to load 10 min ago and got "server maintenance window"

What's up with that?

Oh well got a cool splash screen but couldn't find the HD one!

I saw the server maintenance message as well. I had to update the Pegasus software (select Updates >> Pegasus Update Manager then select Updates >> Apply Updates) before I could get my tunes to load.

Did this 3 times and every time it came up with that window!

Running vista 32 bit.
Disabled uac and restarted the computer.
Shut down firewall.

Anything else I missed or just bad timing?

I'd guess bad timing. It's pretty normal to take a server down for maintenance at frequent intervals. Sometimes, the process can take a long time.

Okay went to the office to get tunes. Guess what? They just upgraded to vista 64 bit! Found 1 old computer left and was able to download tunes using XP. Hopefully I got them, it said "target function complete".

Must just be bad timing for me also...because when I finally found a comp to use without vista and downloaded pegasus I kept getting server busy. Unfortunately I finally had to give up.

Is everyone updating Pegasus BEFORE trying to download the custom files? We have made a change to the communications protocols and you MUST be running the latest version of Pegasus (v2.01.0532 or later) for the downloads to be accessible.

As far as our conversation went on Friday, yes pegasus was updated previously to trying to download tunes on vista 32bit. As far as xp went no problems at all.
