Squish factor regarding tires size?
My remodel'd Edge a.k.a Gryphon will be here soon. I have 35" tires and I will be accounting for them in my tunes. I believe Bill is writing my tire size into my tunes. But just in case when I use custom options to report my 4.56 gears, I would like to have the correct size for tires. It would be nice to have had everything written in prior to Bill writing my custom tunes. But no bigger! A little help with tire size would be awesome.

When you first get the unit, program to a regular tune without making any changes. Drive around for a bit and then start changing the sizes.

Forgive me, but didn't I give you a size to try for starters? It won't have changed unless you mount different tires. For most tires, using a circumference that is about 3% less than the inflated circumference is very close. Your inflated circumference is about 2793mm. So, try 2709mm. If you have very low profile tires though, try a 2% reduction to start with (2737mm).

Thanks guys. I did get the tires size once but forgot to write it down. That is also the exact same number I had been using. Thanks a million. And I will program the transmission only canned tune and drive around for awhile then go for the custom 91 performance tune. I will be changing the gear size, speed governor, WOT fuel, and hope the other tunes are set properly by Bill. I always got great performance with the adjustments on the edge stage: 3. So I plan on copying it and having faith that the custom tune is set up perfectly for all my mods. Yay! Does this sound good?

If you have been running high octane you can just go straight to the custom tune. You will not need to make any adjustments. They are intended to work as is.

Ok then your set to go, you'll just plug and play. No changes will need to be made.
...now where is that manual for the ban hammer?
