Need a Code Scanner near Hood River OR

My Service Engine Light came on this morning and the truck runs rough
Does anyone have a code scanner or AE that can pull codes from my 99 F350 7.3 in or near Hood River OR, Dalles, Portland or thereabouts.
I would prefer to borrow the unit rather than drive my badly running truck
Can leave a deposit

I would love to hear what scantool is least expensive and works with the 7.3

I think most part stores will let you borrow one, but you might have to drive there to use it.

The generic ones at the parts stores will not read the codes on our trucks, need something like a AE to read them.
