Orion Datalogging is now available!
Good afternoon, one and all! Hope everyone's weekend is moving along in fine fashion.
Just wanted to let everyone know that we finally got the datalogging section of the Orion Reflash Software working! You can now monitor many of the sensors and outputs of the engine and save them either to a specific log file (Excel CSV Format) or stored in the Windows Clipboard buffer to be pasted into your favorite editor. We will continue to make improvements to the datalogging module as well as expanding the number of PIDs (Parameters) available to log, although the current list should be more than adequate enough to help our users diagnose any possible driveability issues that you may be experiencing. This feature is available as of v1.01.0100, and you will automatically be notified of the update the next time you run Orion. To download the latest version, please visit http://orionreflash.com and scroll to the bottom of the page for the download links. If you have any questions, please let us know. Thank you and have a blessed weekend!

been trying to use this to track down problems in a T444E. when i connect to the ecu and try to watch live data its very spotty and sporadic. like the data rate and connection is not very good at all. is there a certain way that i have to connect the laptop to the ECU because if i have the truck running already and try to connect the software wont let me connect. the only way i have found to get it to connect is key on, not running connect than start the truck.
is there a page or document that covers how to use the logging more specifically? The problem im having is the truck throws a 333 fault code, goes into limp mode and wont come back out unless i power the truck off, wait a few seconds than restart the truck. fault code 333 is injection control pressure is above or below desired pressure. is it possible to see the desired ICP sensor pressure vs the actual ICP sensor pressure to know weather its above or below target pressure? |
