Default Stumble/Miss/Hesitation

I am not trying to be pushy and I know everyone is busy, I too have the same issues and submitted a ticket Nov 7th, ticket #100. Any info would be great... Thanks guys.

ticket #90 submitted oct 25. If there is any update on this, that would be great, even if there isn't a resolution yet.

are you still haveing this problem. my 08 ford is doing the missing or kinda hunting at light throttle. i know this is an old post but let me know if you find any thing.

I think this is a common problem. I'm still having it, even after an update. However, it hardly EVER happens, so I'm not too worried about it at this point.

I still have the issue. I can only use the Gryphon with the tow setting (1).

I submitted a ticket about Nov 6th, and ordered a new ($30) custom tune. I have returned my Gryphon to canned tunes. No issues with the canned tunes. I haven't heard anything, so just in a "wait and see" pattern. Fortunately I don't drive the truck every day, only 15K miles and have had it 2 years. I am sure since there are so many people having this same issue, it will eventually get fixed, just have to wait.

Did you submit the support ticket to order a tune or did you submit a ticket after sending them a tune order form? Also, was the order filled out when you got the programmer?

Submitted ticket first, #94, then ordered tune on the same day, I think.
My invoice for this tune lists the support ticket on the invoice, so I think its reported properly. I think Corey would have mentioned something if there was missing information, just like she did when I originally converted my Edge.

I think one of my older posts, somone did. I can wait, I'm in no hurry. If I dont hear anything after January, I will call.
