Default Tune???

So the family and I are getting ready to head up to NY for 13 days. Im towing our 6 by 12 enclosed cargo trailer (single axle) with a front loading washer, dryer, my 3 year olds dirt bike (TTR-50) 3 suitcases and a mountain bike. Question is, is my 80 DD tune ok to pull it in or should I use my 40 tow? Truck is in my sig. Thanks for the help!!

I'm guessing you have gauges, but if you don't, that would be one reason to run with the 40T over 80DD. It doesn't sound like a lot of weight so you'll probably be fine either way. The main differences will be: about 40 hp(less to worry about temps), and shift points. The higher shift points(in tow) would help in keeping the turbo spooled up when towing heavy and acceleration isn't quite so quick. I think you'll be ok either way.
