Default new Gryphon

i just got my new Gryphon programer in the mail and when i plug it into my truck it doesnt light up or do anything but when i plug it into my computer it lights up red thats it. what am i doing wrong or whats wrong any help thanks?

Check the fuse in your truck that runs the cigarette lighter. It also runs the power for the OBDII port.

Have you downloaded Pegasus? You will have to have that successfully installed before you should plug the programmer into the computer.

yeah my cigarette lighter doesnt work i will replace that fuse and see if it will work!

And to the OP: It sounds like you may have plugged the Gryphon into your PC BEFORE you installed Pegasus? If so, Pegasus will possibly not install properly. You may have to do a "driver uninstall" that I talk about here: http://forum.gopowerhungry.com/faqs-...tallation.html

If Pegasus can't connect to your Gryphon when you install Pegasus, you'll need to follow that procedure.
