Default New to this forum

Hi, just checkin' into this forum. i'm on many other forums, but i like to check all of them out from time to time. Not a PHP customer at this time, but perhaps sometime down the road. Not new to modding my diesel, but when it comes to my gasser... Well i did build the engine, but getting it to run seems to be becoming a pain b/c i can't find a factory 5.0 mass air flow harness from an F150 and i'm not too sure how to mod the original harness to run the MAF so its been sitting for close to a year now. LoL

Ford Racing wont sell just the harness?

I got mine in a kit, but do not see why they would not separate it.

Ohh and WELCOME!

i got roy's old copper F-150. i'm in the middle of swapping in a 5.0 into it. the engine going into now has flat top higher compression pistons, cryo'd rods, new bearings and all clearances are awesome, Ford Racing B303 cam, GT40P heads ported, port matched upper and lower typhoon intakes, Ford Racing 1.72:1 roller rockers, chromoly pushrods, new roller lifters, comp double roller timing set, smog eliminator, MAF conversion(in progress), 70mm throttle body, EGR eliminator, throttle body spacer, MSD pro billet, MSD blaster 2 coil, taylor 409 wires, and probably go with an air raid filter or something. dang i have spent too much money on that truck already. i still have to order the MSD, throttle body, and EGR eliminator along with a 6" lift and put these BFG muds on there with my rockcrawler streetlock wheels. LoL. Oh yeah, and it's got ceramic coated shorty headers, high volume oil pump, ARP head bolts, etc. i think it should be able to handle a little nitrous and some boost too. i didn't do a girdle or very heavy springs, but if i decide that nitrous or a supercharger is in need then i will throw on a girdle and heavier springs to keep it running happy. haha
