Help with tunes for my Early '99

I am looking at ordering a Phoenix chip for my stock early '99 7.3L. I use the truck to commute, tow a 2500lb boat, and a small 5500lb fifth wheel. In the future I may have a slightly larger trailer to replace the 5th wheel however.

I am looking at getting the following tunes:

Stock
40t
65t
80T?
80E? 65E? Both???
100P?

My questions are should I get the 65E or 80E? Is there much difference on my year of truck? Would I be better off getting the 65E and 80P and not the 100p?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Given your usage, my recommendation would be:

1) Stock
2) 40T
3) 65T
4) 80DD
5) 100P
6) Empty, High-Idle, or No Start.

There really isn't much need for anything else unless you plan on pulling more than about 10K to 12K, in which case I'd throw a 25T on as well. The 65T would be fine for pulling the fifth wheel in most situations, and the 40T would be just in case you get into some sticky grades while loaded.

I hope this helps.
