Are you sure it wasn't either a D2 error or F1 error?
If it was an F1 error then try this:
1. Leave the ignition key in the ON position.
2. Disconnect the Gryphon at the OBDII port.
3. Plug the Gryphon back into the OBDII port.
4. After getting to the main screen, wait 15 seconds for needed parameters to be loaded.

If it was a D2 error then we can almost be sure that an important part of the cable or the programmer failed.

Does the programmer light up and show the little parameters when your driving?
