100 HP program is likely setting a P1211 (due to Low Injection Control Pressure) code. It's not going to hurt anything, just not running optimally (which might also explain your performance concern).

As far as the red signal line to the wastegate actuator, it's not going to change anything by plugging it back in since my money says that Bill has the wastegate control solenoid valve commanded closed all the time anyway.

oh I will stay at 80hp. Im going to get new injectors soon. I think there done at 235000 miles. What would cause that? Well what happens when that happens? Also I have a small leak in my fuel bowl.

Is there a fuel economy difference between the 65 hp and 80 hp economy mode?

I got the fuel sipper program thats only stop and go right?
