If you have any other questions or comments about the Phoenix/TS chip, please post it here. |

Here is what their homepage says:
"Please attach a copy of your military identification to your order." Since you have to fax a signed copy of your order to them anyway saying that you're not going to sue if the truck's left rear wheel falls off due to the chip, it would be the time to fax a copy of your military ID to them.
