Mike,
Not sure what happened there. It sounds as if the chip might have lost the formatting, but not sure as to why. First question... When connected and the software is open, what are the PID, CID, and FID in the lower right corner of the application? Second... At this point, does the chip still work in the truck or is it completely unusable? Let me know where we're at and I'll get a new chip out the door for you. Thanks.
