The thing is that larger aftermarket fuel injectors are going to require slightly different programming than your stockers. For example, you could go to "Stage 1 injectors" (160 cc injectors with factory size nozzles) and using tuning for 90cc injectors would give you NOTHING in terms of performance. Stage 2s would be pretty radical (read: close to undriveable and not real healthy for the crank and rods) at low RPM using factory-injector tuning without correcting for the larger nozzles.
It all depends on what you plan on doing with the truck and its' modifications down the road. The fueling will be a little heavier at the bottom (while there's enough fuel left to be injected) with the higher HP tunes but for the most part, you'd just be throwing money away.
