Just install pegasus on your computer. The gryphon already has the latest firmware updates from PHP when it is shipped to you.
You will only need pegasus to do any future updates and to initially install your custom tunes. When your custom tunes are ready PHP wil send you a pm on this forum. Lars

what canned tunes does it come with, if ya know? you think it will come with STOCK-87 performance?

I thought it was a "night and day" experience vs the stock tune. And, Bill's custom tunes are even better, but the difference is not as pronounced. (Remember, he wrote the canned tunes too). so until i get my custom tunes, i guess i should use level 1 & maybe 2. i mean the only thing i got done to my truck thats realy different for performance if that how ya wanna think of it is the cold air intake. otherwise everything is stock. and with the fuel, i ordered the 87 performance tune -i had said once before that im not a fan of switching types of fuels. once 87, always 87 unless an extreme emergency. you know!
