If your unit has ANY custom tune, it probably will not accept
any advanced tune (canned or custom) after a dealer reflash. If the unit is still holding only the canned tunes, because you're waiting on a custom tune, then it should function normally - BUT,
You must make sure that PHP knows your new hex code if you are waiting for custom tunes! If Bill does not have the new hex code, your custom tunes will not work and he'll have to completely rewrite them at another "tune cost" to you.
And, shotgun, you were correct, the hex code changes after a dealer flash.
