yes and no... there are actually 2 settings that control reported vehicle speed. The ABS computer controls the display of speed on the odometer but does not correct for transmission shift points, The latter is set via tuning in the pcm in a paremeter based on revolutions per mile which is corrected via tuning for the FU chips.... The PCM tuning doesnt usually correct the odometer and speedometer display. but on some it will sometimes but so far there is no way to tell if it will ... You can use Auto Enginuity to correct the speedometer display via the ABS computer. But as I discovered the number of times the ABS can reflash that info is limited... lucky a buddy gave me an extra ABS module which I will swap out at some point
