Phoenix Switch-On-The-Fly Chip (DISCOUNTINUED) (Disabled)
Power Hungry no longer sells the Phoenix/TS chip, but if you need custom tuning we can recommend a few really good tuners that will be able to still provide tuning and support for your chip.

If you have any other questions or comments about the Phoenix/TS chip, please post it here.

I am bringing this back from the dead. I just got back from a quick weekend trip with the missus. Drove from sea level to 10 and a half thousand feet, back to 5 thousand, then back up over the pass at 10.5 grand then back to sea level.

357 miles miles total. I averaged 14.5 on the flat part. Filled up at 6 thousand feet before starting the pass. If anyone knows the Sonora pass, they know it goes up to 10.5 grand and then comes down. A short drive at 15-27% grade the whole way.

Anyways, I kept the speed down because there was still snow and water (yes in june) and I got 15.7 mpg!!!!!

I couldnt believe it. Ok. well it was up and over the pass, about 50 miles of flats and then back over the pass.

I guess keeping it under 65 is the secret to mpg.

Anyways, it was an F-350, dually 4x4 with a big old high top ARE aluminum commercial camper, with only about 200 lbs worth of car camping gear...
