Bill is the only one that would be able to adjust the throttle delay. Also, sometimes if you somewhat ease into the higher throttle rather than go from cruise to floor you will get better results. I dont mean a regular acceleration but if you give a bit more time to adjust you might get an overall quicker response.

I know I've gotten my best 1/4 mile times by not planting the pedal on the floor from 0-90. Instead keep the throttle heavy but know when it needs to let off, like for shifting. Even then I still ease into the throttle positions.
