Help Bronco II Tuning

I am trying to setup my tuning system to work on my EEC-IV C9B ECM. T have Craig Moates Ostrich 2 emulator, Flash Burn chip reader burner, and the stuff to hook up to a Ford EEC-IV ECM. I am using Tuner Pro RT to manipulate the bins, and this is where I come into a problem, I cant find a definition (XDF) file for the C9B bin file, and was wondering if any one here can help me find it or hack it out.
