Justin, I bought a right hand side assembly for my truck about two months ago from
Discount Auto Parts Online - Import Auto Parts -- PartsGeek.com. It is NOT OEM, and they are very careful to make sure you know that, but - I cannot tell the difference. It is a PERFECT match in my opinion (color, fitment, etc., right down to the mold marks).
Mine cost $24.30 but shipping was $10.95. They ship UPS or FedEx. It was not packaged especially well, but it arrived undamaged and they did ship promptly. I'd tried to find one in a junkyard, but late model f150s are scarce here.
I have no idea what one for your model year would cost, but it's worth looking.
