Phoenix Switch-On-The-Fly Chip (DISCOUNTINUED) (Disabled)
Power Hungry no longer sells the Phoenix/TS chip, but if you need custom tuning we can recommend a few really good tuners that will be able to still provide tuning and support for your chip.

If you have any other questions or comments about the Phoenix/TS chip, please post it here.

Default New Installed

Howdy,
I have had my chip installed now for a week. And so far so good. Not getting as much smoke as i wanted, but its a lot more then stock
I got
stock
25 tow
65 tow
80 DD
120 Race
120 SS
The truck doesnt really run that great in the Smoke Show setting, has a goofy idle and rattles when driving a lot more then I think it should. But I wont use it much at all once the new wears off of it.

I put it in my 2003 F-250 CC LB 4x4 Auto. I pull a lot with this truck, it hauls grain and pulls my antique pulling tractor around the country. I usually gross about 26K with my tractor and while hauling grain it will gross 41K, but thats only 6 or 7 mile trips at 35 to 40 mph.
I have gutted the turbo, and welded the waste gate shut, have open 4inch exh, open air filter, new intercooler boots, AIH delete added a fuel pressure guage, along with all the other guages Truck had 127K miles and the only problems i got, is it has a vibration from 25mph on up, and I cant find it, been that way since I bought it 15K miles ago Think its trans, or t-case, or maybe a weight off a drive shaft
But other then that everything is great. except fuel milage, it hasnt gotten any better, but we'll see what happend when the new wears off
I'll keep ya updated.

Bold move.....but should be okay.

For the vibration you need to pay close attention to the u-joints for any signs of rust around the caps, this is a tell-tale sign they they are bad. A vibration is something that should not be taken lightly.......it can lead to a cracked transfer case - or even a cracked transmission case.

Good Luck!
