Last week they were having some troubles with Comcast, but I thought the issues would be resolved by now... maybe not. so yeah, go with the phone troubles, but keep trying to call. But during hours of course

I need my activation code as well, I have recieved my chip and everything is installed and even fixed everything to install on Windows 7 just sitting and waiting....
