Phoenix Switch-On-The-Fly Chip (DISCOUNTINUED) (Disabled) Power Hungry no longer sells the Phoenix/TS chip, but if you need custom tuning we can recommend a few really good tuners that will be able to still provide tuning and support for your chip. If you have any other questions or comments about the Phoenix/TS chip, please post it here. |

Trans questions
I will order a chip soon for my truck. Currently has a DIY intake and muffler delete. My transmission is rebuilt and has a Superior shift kit with valve body and pump mods. Also have a precision of new hampshire triple disc converter. Do I need special tunes for those mods to the Trans?
Also not sure on either a Phoenix or FU

The "shift kit" and modifications to the valve body will cause your truck to shift too hard with the standard-price tuning or FU package.
You're looking at custom calibrations for modifications at this point. |

Thanks. That what I was thinking. My rebuilder built it to where it has quick firm shifts and you can feel it pull when the converter locks. I wouldn't want the tune to increase line pressure much if any.
I will talk more to Bill about it hopefully when I order my chip this week.
