Phoenix Switch-On-The-Fly Chip (DISCOUNTINUED) (Disabled) Power Hungry no longer sells the Phoenix/TS chip, but if you need custom tuning we can recommend a few really good tuners that will be able to still provide tuning and support for your chip. That's exactly what mine does in the no-start position, it will run on a stock tune until I shut it off & then it will not start until I change to another switch position

So it sounds like they should be able to combine the high idle and no start. Just need someone to confirm that. Thanks guys!
