I ordered via he web/internet order form and provided programmer serial number, Hex code, VIN, etc.

I did not post in the area you stated as this was posted:

If you have ordered custom tunes to be delivered via the internet, YOU DO NOT NEED to post here! You have already provided this information on your order form, and your post will simply muddy up this section of the forum.

Ok, yes, please don't post there. IIRC, you bought a programmer from another member?

First, check your trash and spam folders in case your email program sent them there.
