A couple weeks ago while driving back to Lexington on a 2 lane country road with cruise set on 60 and never touching the throttle or brake over a 35 mile stretch it went up to 19.4. I got so happy to see the 19 but as soon as I got into a little town and stopped for a red light and started going again it dropped back to around 16.
