Default gryphon order form not working???

Hi there, I'm new to this forum and have been looking into purchasing a gryphon asap. When I go to the order form and fill everything out and proceed down to where it asks "what would you like to purchase?" it wont let me select anything. When I click there to select, no options appear. I would like to purchase a gryphon programmer with two custom tunes for a 2006 F150 5.4L. Please help.... thanks in advance for your time and help!

Apparently there's a really bad thunderstorm ripping through georgia right now. I'm guessing that might have something to do with it, just try again in a couple hours.

I had the same problem when I ordered mine a few months ago. I think it has something to do with the version of Adobe you might be running...dunno. I was patient and was able to get it all filled out, but it took a couple tries. Once you click on one of the dropdown boxes, use your arrow keys on your keyboard to scroll through the selections, that's what I did to get it to work.

well, I ended up using my other computer and the form worked fine. I got it all filled out, but now I have another problem. How the hell do I electronically sign at the end??? Cant figure it out if my life depended on it!

Can I print out the completed order form and sign it by hand, then mail it away??

At the bottom of the order form is a spot for your "signature". If you click it, there are options to use an existing digital signature (if you have one) or create a new one. I created a new one when I did mine, filled out the boxes that came up and it seemed to work fine. The other option, as you indicated, would be to print it out, sign it by hand and mail or fax it. I'm guessing either way is ok.

My mac would fill out the form but when saved to a PDF it erased all the info.

So I used the fax option: printed out the forms signed and faxed.
