Default Order time

Hi i was wondering what is the normal time to receive custom tunes? I ordered them on January 27th and sent in my hex code the day i received the programmer the 29th i think. I don't want to seem impatient i just haven't received a order update and didn't know what the normal time is. Thanks!

You've been waiting a long time. I think you should be right at the front of the queue now. And, you HAVE been patient! In my book, when you've been waiting this long, it's OK to ask. Maybe Corey will see this and respond or, maybe you should send an email.

One thing you don't want is a holdup due to some miscommunication, so, I'd communicate (even if it is a distraction for Bill and Corey).

Normal wait time is 5-6 weeks.

I would pm Corey first then if no response then Bill.
Then email.
Then phone.
Give a day between each step.

No worries

Longer than that....I sent in mine a few days before that. some guys from another site orderd in early Dec. and are waiting still.

It's cool though..

Bill and Corey are a home operation and I support that in any business arena when I can...doing several things on their own. Unlike monsters like Troyer who has a slew of minions (I said minions..always wanted to use that in a serious conversation) where I have already been waiting almost 5 months.....

Just waiting for the email

Oh wow sin city they are still waiting since December! I don't feel as bad now. Like i said i don't want to seem impatient but when you pay almost 500 bucks and its been that long you start to wonder if like jack said there has been a communication problem. It would be cool if they could give you a eta or maybe let you know what number you are in the line and update online what number they are at for that week so people would not be as antsy. Anyway good things come to those that wait. The canned tunes made such a difference i cant wait to see what the custom tunes are like

Yes we sort of discussed this status update idea in other threads... after 4 or 5 months you should definitely have an update..

No worries....understandable. I was waiting for them to get back into town and gonna drop em a line just to see where it all sits.

For it just being the 2 of em...they are doing alright.
