You've come to the right place and I think a programmer is a good choice for your needs. As Lars said, since you have a CAI, run the Level 2 tune (it's a "richer" tune and will help correct the tendency of the CAI to make you engine run lean). According to PHP, though, you should try to avoid putting your foot in it till you get your custom tune - which will be HARD!
