Default Cant get Calibration list come up???
I am trying to put different tunes on my chip, there is no list coming up. I can tell chip is connected right because it will tell me what tune is on the chip, but in the drop down box there is BLANK or SELECT FROM DISK. Can anyone help gonna call tomorrow but would like to get done tonight. I have reinstalled it and have sent registered it still nothing.

I'm having the same problem...but mine is brand new. I sent an email but haven't had time to phone in yet.

Have you reburned the chip before?

You need to put "select from disk" in all 6 boxes and then click on the left chip icon. It will take you to where you select the tunes.

i have reburned chip before about 2 or 3 times. Select from disk is not working when i do that it is taking me to my files on my computer??
