If, however, you enter a tune and then decide you just don't like the looks of the Gryphon in your truck (you're weird), or, you're concerned it might become "liberated" while being parked on some dark street at night (you're cautious), it's perfectly all right to leave the truck tuned to an advanced level and remove the Gryphon. Once the truck is tuned, the Gryphon is simply a monitor, nothing more. When you finally get around to reconnecting the Gryphon, it will show you at the tune level you left it at and everything will be fine. Bill, I hope I didn't step on your toes here, just trying to prevent misunderstandings. - Jack |
No problem, Jack. I realize now that it could have been misconstrued. You covered it exactly. :2thumbs: Thanks for catching that and saving another question. :D

no, i only went to stock so i could compare stock to level 2... There was a HUGE difference, so i went to go back to level 2 and it happened...
i dont go to stock unless i need to, like yesterday i had to take it out to go to the stealership... i will put it back in tomarrow ( Level 2), if all goes well, it was a one time fluke, no biggy... if it does it again, i'll post back... thanks |
