The "customer service" is the KEY thing about PHP, other than an outstanding product!

It wasn't a ruckus - you simply reported a problem in a calm, reasonable way.

Thank you!

For the way you handled the problem.
It's great to see someone use the resources you did to show it to us and others.

I received the new pod Monday it popped right into place, no need for velcro or L bracket, it stays put like it should, looks a lot better than the returned pod did.

I'm a little embarrassed to admit that I didn't notice any material missing from one side. I'm guessing that's what made it hit the pillar so it wouldn't pop into place.

Thanks again

Hey - don't be embarrassed at all! Why the heck should YOU be? You don't handle these things on a daily basis, how would you know? But, you brought the issue up in an adult, reasonable way and things got sorted out. I'm pleased at the way things happened here. Just shows how a "collaborative" approach can make good things happen.

Glad the new pod works! (Fits pretty darned nicely, doesn't it?)

When I get a second, I'm going to take some pictures of the pods. It's crazy how "off" it was. I can't even imagine how it happened. Oh well...

Glad everything fits nicely. As "Hannibal" Smith used to say, "I love it when a plan comes together."

Enjoy.
