In central texas you have to drive at least 40 miles to find a station that sells ethanol, and when you do it is only E85. So I've never run it, almost borrowed a gallon of a friend's jet fuel though. He'd go buy about 5 or 10 gallons at a time as an octane booster for his truck...on top of the 93 that he always ran. lol

Hey there longshot, I'm sure you meant 100 low lead av-gas. Jet fuel is more like kerosene, or diesel fuel and only used in gas turbine engines. By the way, it is very illegal to run av-gas in your vehicle, because it does still contain some lead......but man does it let you make the horse power.

Avgas is only 4 to 5 dollars a gallon......the tires are costing him much more than that.

yeah, he said it was about $5-6 per gallon but when you mix it rich with 93 and get about 7 mpg hot rodding all the time, the tires might not have been the bigger expense. lol

Maybe you can borrow some money from him to build your game room funds back up?

haha, yeah. got up to 1000 earlier and lost it 10 at a time, only making money with the bigger bets for some reason. but it doesnt bother me, every time I get built up there is some kind of change that knocks me back down to a few hundred. lol
