What he said.

...and with that I will leave it in Jack's capable hands.

Ok, sigh - I'm drawing a total blank. I've been through my "file" of "fixes" and nothing looks like this. I'll try to get Bill's attention.

Okay.... here's a quick question or two.

Quickly though, when you have a second, please fill in your user information in the forum Control Panel so we know who we're dealing with. Makes things much easier from a support standpoint.

First question - What year truck is this?

Seconds question - Does the OBDII connector have 1 wire coming out that splits into two, or does it just have 1 wire on the left side and a 4-pin connector on the right?

I'll be around in the gameroom lobby for a bit to answer quick questions.

Thanks.

What year is your truck?

The one thing I thought of why this error is popping up is that your hex code is not supported by the firmware in the gryphon.
By this I mean the gryphon has a a hex/calibration table loaded into it's memory and if your truck's hex doesn't match one of them in the table then your SOL.
The only other thing I can suggest doing is running an update on the firmware on Pegasus. But that's only if you have canned tunes. DON'T do the update if customs are involved!
Bill is your only hope.
Nothing more I can do.

Lars

I'm still trying to get up to speed. I expected the gryphon to come with the custom tunes that were ordered. But after some reading and second guessing... i have to have my Hex code to send to the php guys and they will create the files that i can download to my pc.

or???
