Ok...well I don't know what happened, but the problem has corrected it self. I unplugged the Gryphon and then rebooted the computer. After reboot, I reconnected the Gryphon and went to "Targeted Files" in Pegasus, and everything went fine. The Gryphon programed and everything is working correctly.
Well I guess it just goes to show that if you run into a similar problem...it might be your computer...try rebooting it and see what happens
