Just to give you some more relief. Your tune file is totally stored on a server not your computer. The pegasus software you run on your computer communicates with the server.
Got me stumped on why the screen was red. If your computer/pegasus wasn't even acknowledging the gryphom I definatly look at the cable and connecter ports and see if any of the connectors are bent, broken, or something else? If you have another mini usb cable from a camera you could try that also. It would hurt either to make sure you have the latest pegasus updates. Lars
