Default Install Question

I recently ordered my FU package for 02 f250 and was just doing some research on the install of it as I have never messed with this stuff before. I have looked and read that I am supposed to use a scotch brite pad and laquer thinner for cleaning the terminals....is that correct? I was also wondering if this chip will come with install instructions with or without pics or is there a video somewhere online that I can watch cause I dont want to over clean or damage anything in the cleaning process. Any tips/tricks that you used personally would be helpful and where you bought your cleaning stuff. Thanks

Personally, I use a toothpick and a brass-bristled parts cleaning brush. That is all it takes to clean the contacts.

Here are some links to installation instructions...although the chip will come with instructions.

DISREGARD THE "SHOWING COPPER" PART OF THESE INSTRUCTIONS. YOU DON'T WANT COPPER SHOWING FOR VARIOUS REASONS!!!
