Accufab
And edge programer when I first got it took me from 8.5 to 13 mpg
can't say it helped or not 4.10 gears = bad mpg but getting better.

You will not see any noticeable gains in either power or fuel economy with an aftermarket elbow, especially on an '06 that already has the improved elbow with no EGR throttle body. I put an '05-'07 Banks Technicooler and elbow setup on my '03, replacing the crappy '03 elbow and removing the throttle body. Didn't notice any mileage or power change, even with the better intercooler. Also, two of the elbow bolts stripped out of the intake when I was installing (with a torque wrench) and I had to drill/tap/helicoil them, not a fun experience.
