Phoenix Switch-On-The-Fly Chip (DISCOUNTINUED) (Disabled)
Power Hungry no longer sells the Phoenix/TS chip, but if you need custom tuning we can recommend a few really good tuners that will be able to still provide tuning and support for your chip.

If you have any other questions or comments about the Phoenix/TS chip, please post it here.

Your selections look fine to me. I'd probably opt for the 65 tow instead of 80.

I agree with cody, and if you haven't put a wicked wheel or something to cure the surge, its gonna surge when towing something even on in the tow setting. That 60 tow setting, has a lot of power still for towing.

If I'm not mistaken, the early 99s have a wicked wheel from the factory. Either way, I will go with the 65 hp tow, just to protect it that much more.

Not to get off PHP topic, but I see you've got fuel pressure as one of your guages. I'm torn whether to add a 3rd guage since trans temp isn't important to us. Is fuel pressure for a stock rig with only an intake, exhaust, and (soon) chip a good option, or should I stick with 2, egt and boost?

Thanks to you and Cody for the info.

I just did it b/c glowshift sells a 3 gauge pillar in a kit. they don't do just two. Its not really necessary but I like knowing it now. Plus I had a fuel pump go out one time and at first driving down the road I wasn't sure what happened, but its just an extra gauge to know whats going on with the truck. Sometimes lack of fuel causes a lot of bad running issues that people can't always tell.

How long does it take to get one of these to your door from order date? Say I needed to have it installed by the beginning of the month, what is the latest date I can order it.

Obviously the sooner, the better, but I'm just trying to make sure I don't have to much month at the end of the money.

Thanks

The entire process shouldn't take more than 5 days (excluding shipping).
