I have seen the banks kit(IC). Is that a good kit or is there a better one out there? Don't you need an IC to run water? That would be cheaper than an IC.

You can run water without a IC. Do a search on PSN for a DIY IC.
I am sure it can be done for MUCH less than Banks wants for their kit.

There must be more going on here to cause your EGT issues.

IC or water might be a band-aid for a underlying issue.

3"dp, 4" dumped in front of rear wheel no cat or muff, 6637 dyi, idm mod, adrenaline, fpr shim( california ), Phoenix w/ 45 heavy tow, 80 perf, lope, whisper, fuel sipper. Stock turbo and sticks. Loosened the downpipe to see the ebpv, it was exactly in the center of the housing, not closed at all. So I'm guessing that is not it.
