Ah, NOW I see. Buzz, I think your "hills" are too short to mean anything. And, I don't really know how you can test for much using the Gryphon. The only thing I know you can test is to see if the ISS = OSS
in 3rd gear with the TC locked up. If they don't match in this condition, you have some "slippage", which would not be a good thing.
I imagine your TC was locking back up as you neared the bottom of those tiny hills and you started feeding the gas back in.
I thought you were talking about REAL hills (ones many miles long)! Not "bumps".
