Default FU Burner won't work!

Im running windows XP I haven't had to reburn my chip since Feb and everything worked fine then. I am in need of a quick reburn for some towing tunes and the calibration list won't load. The only option i am given for all 6 positions is: Select File From Disk.

any help would be appreciated.
thanks

No drop-down menus?
Switch in #1 position?
Diagnostic info correct (Lower right corner PID "BC", CID "BC", and FID "FC"?

Open PhoenixFlash and hit F12. This will check for software updates.

Thanks for the reply. The chip is back in the truck now. I've gotta haul a few trailer loads of straw first thing in the morning then i'll try to mess with it again tomorrow night.

but no there were no drop down menus. and yes the chip was in pos. 1 When i clicked on the Position 1 in the calibration selections and all it says is select file from disk.

i opened Phoenix Flash just now and hit f12 and this is what it says
There following file updates are currently available:

- PhoenixFlashFU.exe v1.06.0396
- Update.exe v1.00.0012
- Cal_Lib.csv v1.04

how do i go about downloading them?

I currently have version 1.6.292

thanks,
Tucker

EDIT: I figured out the download and my phoenix flash is up to date. I will try to re-burn it again tomorrow and see what happens.
