I change my oil every 3-4k but thats cuz my bud sells it to me dirt cheap lol $40 bucks for an oil change is cheap insurance.
fuel filter at 10k is great. air filter..well i run a 6637 so i can hold alotttt, just keep an eye on it. trans fluid 30k or so(especially if you tow) And a CAT EC-1 rated ELC coolant will make your truck happy.
