Remember, UPS does not function at all on holidays, and I'm pretty sure they're dead to the world on Saturdays and Sundays too?
Ernst, if you're getting the "monochrome" Gryphon, not the CS/CTS, you will use Pegasus to install custom tunes. You can download and install it on your computer from here:

You should have it
installed and running BEFORE you plug your Gryphon into the PC for the first time, so that the drivers install properly.
