This is Carleen on behalf of Conrad and Russell....I have the disk and have installed, but unable to activate software or get updates. Rusell no longer has access to original computer he installed on.

I am writing on behalf of Conrad and Russell in Edmonton. The original computer that was uploaded cannot be accessed any more. I need a new access code so we can install the updates. Please advise asap....We need to get the tune updated.
