Welcome from me too! Your situation is a bit unique and I think Bill is the only one I'd trust to give good advice on a programmer/chip. The cool thing about it is though, you can take everything he says to the bank!

My truck is OBD 1 so I dont know about the gyphon.

Do you have an Emmisions check in Jersey?
it's a nice list of mods, but you'd have to undo most of them every two years if you lived here LOL
