Good morning.
I apologize for any inconvenience or delay in communication. We had a couple people out of the office at various times yesterday, so there was some backup on phone calls. Not sure about e-mails, but sometimes those don't get through due to increasingly strict SPAM filters. We have a full staff today and should't have any problems answering any questions you may have about our products. Please reach out at your convenience, or if you'd like to PM me with your contact information I can have someone contact you. Just so there's no confusion, the Orion system is strictly used for reflashing and parameter modifications. It doesn't currently offer or support any type of diagnostics (PIDs, DTCs, Datalogging, etc.), so if that's what you're looking for then we might be able to offer alternative suggestions for hardware and software. Most people use Nexiq for diagnostics and datalogging. It's not super expensive and works really well. We use it in house and it works very well on our bus. I hope this is helpful.
